Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Master Stylist to engage guests, consult on hair care, and recommend products and services to enhance the total look. You will support managers, drive service and product sales, and deliver a superior guest experience with strong knowledge of current trends.

Responsibilities include performing a full range of hair services, maintaining guest relationships, and contributing to store operations while upholding Ulta Beauty standards and policies.

Qualifications

Cosmetology license required.
Previous relevant work experience required.

Responsibilities

Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup (where applicable).
Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and retail.
Perform product demonstrations with guests to drive sales and guest service experience.
Support in-store events, promotions and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
Stay informed on new industry trends, products and services and communicate benefits to guests.
Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store standards.
