Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience handling M&A and Private Equity transactions.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law and in good standing in the State of New York.
• Ability to take on a high level of responsibilities and work with autonomy in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise corporate clients and private equity funds on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and general corporate matters.
• Collaborate with partners and negotiate deal terms to support market-leading M&A and PE transactions.
