Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current, valid state massage therapy license in good standing (state‑specific licensing required).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing massage and body treatments in a luxury spa or resort environment preferred.
• Massage therapist Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of massage modalities, body treatments, and contraindications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage and body treatments according to established treatment protocols and guest preferences.
• Greet guests warmly with a professional salutation, ensuring a welcoming and calming experience.
• Conduct guest consultations to assess physical well‑being, preferences, and contraindications prior to treatment.
• Customize treatments as appropriate to meet individual guest needs while adhering to treatment guidelines.
• Explain treatment services, techniques, and benefits clearly and professionally.
• Educate guests on recommended home‑care products and spa services; actively support retail sales initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and complete guest treatment records while ensuring strict confidentiality of all personal and medical information.
• Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards for treatment rooms, tools, and equipment.
• Be knowledgeable of all spa services, amenities, and resort offerings to confidently answer guest inquiries.
