This role focuses on building a loyal clientele, earning competitive commissions, and representing premium vehicles with integrity. You will own the client journey, respond quickly to leads, and maintain CRM records to drive referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury automotive sales or premium retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Comfort with commission-based pay and target-driven environments.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client experience from first contact to delivery and beyond with a consultative, no-pressure approach.
• Respond to leads quickly—phone, internet, and walk-ins—with disciplined follow-up.
• Master the product portfolio including models, trims, features, and competitor comparisons.
• Conduct tailored demonstrations and test drives aligned with each client’s needs and lifestyle.
• Build and manage a personal book of business through CRM discipline and referrals.
