Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking an LPN/LVN to join our long-term care facility in Flagstaff, AZ. The role focuses on delivering nursing care under applicable regulations, coordinating with physicians and family, and ensuring accurate documentation.

You will participate in safety programs, admit/discharge residents with proper records, and support the health care team through daily rounds and care plan updates. Night/weekend work may be required; flexible day shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in applicable state.
• Prefer one year of experience in nursing in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.
• May require night, weekend, or holiday work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily nursing functions per current rules, regulations, and guidelines of the facility.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with policies and safety program.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with proper documentation.
• Provide orientation to new residents and families.
• Make rounds with health care providers, Hospice, and Home Health staff.
• Utilize resident care plans and health care provider orders.
