Job summary

TALENT Software Services in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care for residents in our healthcare facility. The night shift, 6:30pm–6:00am, offers block scheduling with two consecutive days off and every other weekend off.

You will administer medications, monitor responses, complete admissions assessments, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with residents, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Arizona LPN license.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Observe and report the effectiveness of medications and treatments.
• Ensure adequate supplies and medications are available.
• Communicate with residents, family, and staff to ensure appropriate care.
• Complete initial admission nursing assessments and assist with MDS assessments.
• Maintain clinical and administrative documentation.
• Participate in QAPI program.
