The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz seeks a Litigation Attorney to handle plaintiff-side auto negligence matters in Michigan. You will manage cases from filing to resolution, draft pleadings, take depositions, and collaborate with clients, experts, and staff to move cases forward.

This role offers strong case flow, leadership support, and an opportunity to earn at the top of the market through performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Michigan Bar membership in good standing is required.
• 2+ years of Michigan auto litigation experience preferred.
• Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload with organization and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Manage plaintiff-side automobile negligence litigation from filing through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in negotiations and mediations.
• Prepare cases for settlement, facilitation, trial, or other resolution.
