Qualifications

• JD from a top law school with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal writing and analytic abilities are essential.
• Strong communication and professional presence are required.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated commercial and civil litigation matters from inception through trial.
• Draft briefs, motions, discovery, and other litigation materials.
• Take meaningful ownership of case strategy and workstreams.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, arguments, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on complex disputes.
