Ray-Ban is seeking a Licensed Optician for our Bellevue luxury retail store. You will lead in delivering an exceptional shopping experience, guide customers in frame and lens selections, and ensure precise measurements and eyewear fit.

The role requires state licensure/certification and 2+ years of luxury sales. Expect a dynamic, high-energy environment with non-traditional hours and opportunities for bonus plans and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and state licensure or certification as an optician
• 2+ years sales experience in luxury service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with computer applications and eyewear technology

Responsibilities

• Lead Luxury Retail stores to success by building and maintaining a strong client following
• Deliver exceptional service to exceed sales expectations
• Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses for lifestyle, RX and budget
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, fitting and final eyewear quality
• Maintain presentation standards and inventory controls
• Support store events and team training
