Job summary

Ray-Ban in Mall at Millenia, Orlando, is seeking a Licensed Optician to lead luxury eyewear sales and exceptional client service. You will guide customers in frame and lens choices, take measurements, and ensure accurate fitting while upholding optical quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianary association as an optician.
• 2+ years sales experience in luxury service industry.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and practices.
• Natural ability to build a client following.
• Sales experience in upscale retail.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains extremely high standards of sales and service.
• Meets and exceeds all client service and sales standards by delivering an exceptional experience.
• Connects and develops relationships with customers to build a strong client following.
• Guides customers in selecting frames and lenses based on lifestyle, RX and budget.
• Records measurements accurately and ensures proper fitting and adjustments.
• Ensures finished eyewear meets luxury retail standards of accuracy.
• Stays current on product knowledge and fashion trends to drive sales.
• Maintains sales floor and back-office presentation standards.
• Maintains inventory controls and supports store policies.
