Arete Res is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our leadership team in the Dallas area. The role demands a top‑producing closer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, drives occupancy, and maximizes revenue through aggressive leasing strategies and performance accountability.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, manage leasing targets, and coach a team to achieve higher conversion rates while ensuring compliant resident screening and pricing strategies aligned with Texas law.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multifamily leasing experience with documented sales success.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed leasing goals.
• Strong leadership presence with coaching and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally drive leasing production on the sales floor and exceed monthly targets.
• Coach and motivate Leasing Consultants to elite performance; conduct role-plays and reviews.
• Ensure resident screening, pricing strategy, concessions, and NOI targets are met.
• Drive traffic, follow-up, and rapid response times; convert leads with urgency and precision.
