Blissful Baths is seeking an experienced In-Home Sales Representative to close deals with pre-qualified homeowners, presenting custom bath remodels using our iPad-based system. This role offers a robust earning potential through a 100% commission structure and requires strong closing skills and a proven sales record.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of in-home sales experience in home improvement or related industries, with willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience
• Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and closing success
• Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, baths, kitchens, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred
• Ability to consistently generate substantial commission earnings

Responsabilités

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions
• Build and design bath remodeling projects using our industry-leading software
• Develop trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs
• Present pricing, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
