Job summary

Svetness Personal Training is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver customized sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You’ll design programs from initial assessments and track progress using the Svetness App, while maintaining a flexible schedule and offering exceptional client service.

Clients are provided by Svetness and you’ll benefit from support resources, ongoing education, and access to equipment discounts.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized accrediting bodies (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification current and valid.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication throughout sessions.
• Solid knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Familiarity with a wide range of training equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation and client-friendly scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples training in clients’ homes or preferred locations.
• Create customized workout programs from assessments.
• Use Svetness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct form.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain scheduling and client appointments within Svetness tools.
• Flexible schedule to meet client availability.
• Commute to client sites within a reasonable radius.
