Svetness Personal Training seeks motivated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors. You will design customized programs and track progress using our Svetness App to ensure client success.

The role emphasizes flexibility, growth, and supportive team culture, with opportunities to expand credentials and access ongoing education resources and equipment discounts.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credential.
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years training experience.
• Strong communication in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of basic nutrition and healthy living.
• Experience with a variety of training equipment and methods.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home fitness instruction at clients' homes or outdoor spaces.
• Use Svetness App for programming, progress notes, and scheduling.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with/without modifications.
• Conduct client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments and flexible scheduling.
• Travel to client locations within reasonable commute times.
