Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer accredited by a recognized board.
• CPR/AED certification maintained.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Nutrition knowledge for basic healthy living guidance.
• Familiarity with a variety of equipment and training methods.
• Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or couples personalized fitness instruction at clients' homes or outdoors.
• Use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct form for clients.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to fit client availability.
• Travel to client sessions within a 45-minute radius.
