Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks motivated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will design programs, track progress with the Svetness App, and adapt plans to meet each client’s goals.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credentials (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• High school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic nutrition knowledge for client guidance.
• Experience with varied exercise equipment and PT methods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform athletic activities.
• Own basic training equipment for client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or client-site training.
• Tailor workout programs from initial assessment and progress notes.
• Use Svetness App for session programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and correct form.
• Conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Manage appointments via Svetness scheduling tool.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to accommodate clients.
