Job summary

Midtown Home Improvements is seeking an in-home sales closer in the Wentzville, MO area to manage the full sales cycle for high-end kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. You’ll meet with homeowners, present options, discuss pricing and financing, and close profitable deals using our proven system.

This is a 100% commission, performance-driven role with realistic six-figure earnings and top performers earning $200,000+. Company-provided tools and leads support your growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in-home, remodeling, or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms, home improvement, construction, or other high-ticket products is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional presence, reliability, and a true ownership mindset.
• Comfortable discussing significant investments with homeowners and asking for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Consult with homeowners on kitchen and bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Identify customer needs, understand their goals, and recommend the right remodeling solution.
• Present project options, pricing, financing, and the value of working with Midtown.
• Follow a defined sales process and use our proposal software to build and close profitable projects.
• Maintain accurate activity and sales tracking so you always know where you stand against your goals.
