Midtown Home Improvements in Wentzville, MO is seeking an in-home sales closer to drive high-end kitchen and bathroom remodels. You will own the full sales cycle from consultation to signed agreement, with company tools and leads to support your efforts.

Expect a 100% commission structure with a proven system, pre-set appointments, and a clear path to six-figure income. Elite performers earn well into the six-figure range and beyond.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of in-home, remodeling, or consultative sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling kitchens, bathrooms, home improvement, or other high-ticket products is a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, and closing skills.
• Professional presence, reliability, and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable discussing significant investments with homeowners and asking for the sale.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Run pre-scheduled in-home consultations with homeowners.
• Consult with homeowners on kitchen and bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Identify customer needs and goals; recommend appropriate remodeling options.
• Present project options, pricing, financing, and the value of Midtown’s services.
• Follow a defined sales process and use proposal software to close profitable projects.
• Maintain accurate activity and sales tracking against goals.
