IST Management is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to lead hospitality and client service at a Downtown St. Louis law firm environment. You will oversee conference center operations, catering, reception support, and events while upholding professional standards.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, office skills, and the ability to guide a hospitality team; flexibility for evenings and weekend events is required.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; lift up to 60 lbs when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily hospitality and conference services operations.
• Ensure meeting rooms and client areas meet law firm standards.
• Coordinate food/beverage services, catering deliveries and events.
• Lead hospitality attendants and support staff; provide coaching and scheduling.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all interactions.
