Job summary

The Misch Group on Long Island, NY is seeking a Premier Account Executive to manage High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients from our New York office. You will advise affluent clients on complex coverage needs and deliver a white-glove service experience.

The ideal candidate holds a Property & Casualty license with prior High-Net-Worth Personal Lines experience and excels at relationship management, policy stewardship, and carrier communications.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience servicing Personal Lines accounts.
• Prior High-Net-Worth Personal Lines experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of complex personal insurance programs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Personal Lines clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for client service needs.
• Review insurance programs and identify potential coverage gaps or exposures.
• Advise clients regarding risk management and coverage solutions.
• Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and carrier communications.
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers and underwriting partners.
• Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness to affluent clientele.
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records within the agency management system.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
