Responsibilities

• Handle High-Net-Worth accounts.
• Conduct client presentations and resolve concerns.
• Review and recommend coverages to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Liaise between clients and carriers.
• Cross-sell and respond to walk-in/phone inquiries.
• Handle all types of personal insurance.
• Process renewal and change requests.
• Advise on coverage recommendations and assist with claims.
• Support in retaining accounts through follow-ups and Letters of Broker of Record.
