Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will service, quote, and issue policies within an independent agency setting, with a hybrid schedule after training.

Responsibilities include managing client accounts, handling remarketing, and collaborating with carriers such as Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, and Progressive to provide optimal solutions. AMS training and AgencyZoom use may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience 4–6 years in an independent agency setting.
• AMS experience preferred; AgencyZoom a plus.
• Carrier knowledge with Liberty Mutual, Nationwide, Progressive, Travelers, PURE, Chubb, Cincinnati desirable.
• High-net-worth client experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to personal lines clients.
• Handle remarketing, quoting, and issuing policies with accuracy.
• Collaborate with carriers to tailor client solutions.
• Assist with AMS training and use AgencyZoom as needed to streamline processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
