WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Elite Designer, you’ll create exceptional results while delivering the elevated experience our guests expect from Lola.

You’ll:

• Perform high-level hair services within your areas of expertise, including cutting, coloring, dimensional work, styling, extensions, or specialty services.
• Lead thorough consultations and confidently recommend what’s possible for each guest.
• Create personalized service and home-care plans.
• Build strong, long-term guest relationships and retention.
• Continue developing your technical, consultation, service, and business skills.
• Maintain professional timing and service standards.
• Support associates and developing stylists working alongside you.
• Contribute to the cleanliness, presentation, energy, and success of the entire salon.
• Participate in education, team development, and salon initiatives.
• Represent the Lola brand professionally both inside and outside the salon.

Compensation: $35,000–$150,000+ per year, based on schedule, clientele, performance, service sales, and career growth.
