Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness seeks high-energy Fitness Coaches to lead science-backed, coach-inspired group workouts. You will guide up to 36 members through a dynamic training session, ensuring safety with real-time coaching and modifications.

Ideal candidates hold a nationally accredited certification and CPR/AED, have 1+ years of training experience, and excel in communication to motivate diverse fitness levels in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification – Required
• Current CPR/AED Certification – Required
• 1+ years of experience in personal training and/or group fitness instruction – Preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field – Preferred
• Must be physically capable of demonstrating all exercises and lifting up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead Orangetheory group workouts for up to 36 participants, delivering high-energy, engaging sessions that align with our methodology
• Provide real-time exercise corrections and modifications to ensure safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, especially the fitness floor
• Help build class attendance and member retention through motivation, personal connection, and professional support
• Represent Orangetheory at internal and external marketing events and initiatives
• Stay current with Orangetheory programming and attend all required monthly team meetings, webinars, and continuing education opportunities
