Job summary

The Dunes Golf & Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a dedicated Golf Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team. You will help keep one of the nation’s top courses pristine, from mowing fairways to caring for trees, shrubs, and flowers, using a range of tools and tractors.

We offer competitive pay at $14.50 per hour based on experience, weekly pay, and full-time benefits after 90 days including PTO, medical, dental, life insurances, and 401k options with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or landscape maintenance experience, preferably on a golf course.
• Outdoor work with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools for course maintenance.
• Ability to operate tractors and other maintenance machinery safely.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and events.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Mow fairways and maintain greens and surrounding areas to the club's high standard.
• Operate small power tools and hand tools to keep the course clean and well-kept.
• Use tractors for mowing and broader maintenance tasks on the course.
• Inspect machinery after use and report issues promptly.
• Assist with irrigation, pest control, and landscaping projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area on the course and maintenance facilities.
