Job summary

U.S. Soccer is seeking an Extended National Team Goalkeeper Manager to educate, equip, and develop top talents through age-appropriate, skill-building approaches with the goal of grooming players to the Senior Extended National Teams.

You will implement coaching expertise and collaborate with peers to advance the player pathway. The role requires excellent communication, a proven track record in elite youth development, and the ability to align with US Soccer's philosophy and IDP processes.

Qualifications

• USSF B License or UEFA B or higher
• Coaching experience within elite youth development
• Proven history of developing the individual player
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Able to operate in fast-paced environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with MS Office and video editing
• Willing to relocate to Atlanta area

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director and coaches to create an aligned environment for players within the US Soccer framework
• Oversee development and performance environment for goalkeepers
• Deliver the US Player pathway focus areas across ages and stages
• Identify, report, and develop high-potential players across the pathway
• Contribute to coaching education programs when requested
• Engage clubs through regular visits to support player development
