Qualifications

• Professional goalkeeper coaching experience required.
• USSF GK license or active pursuit of advanced licenses.
• Experience in elite/professional environments and talent evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily goalkeeper development and training aligned with the club's model.
• Provide performance analysis and tactical preparation for goalkeepers and staff.
• Support recruitment through scouting and evaluation of goalkeeper talent.
• Collaborate across coaching, performance, and medical staff to optimize first-team operations.
