Job summary

Eight Sleep is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of critical roles globally. You’ll actively source, engage, and close top talent, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and drive a fast, high-standard interview process.

You’ll manage multiple regions and functions, leverage AI and human judgment, and continuously optimize workflows to scale our growth. Strong English communication and a proven track record are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth startup, D2C, or tech environment.
• Proven track record sourcing and closing passive candidates via LinkedIn outreach.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (e.g., marketing, web, mobile) and global regions.
• Strong stakeholder management to keep hiring managers aligned and moving.
• Familiarity with modern ATS tools; Ashby is a plus; metrics-driven in pipeline health.
• Exceptional communicator, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own Hiring End-to-End: Lead the full-cycle recruiting loop for a global portfolio of roles, across regions.
• Target Top 1% Talent: Proactively identify and engage elite talent across channels and university partnerships.
• Advise Hiring Managers: Sharply scope roles, unblock bottlenecks, and drive a seamless interview cadence.
• Maintain a High Talent Bar: Assess candidates rigorously to ensure top standards and culture fit.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Create dashboards tracking health of the hiring process for leadership visibility.
• Process Optimization: Upgrade recruiting workflows in Ashby to accelerate hiring.
