Qualifications

• High standard of proficiency in training and coaching techniques.
• Experience playing, coaching or managing at a collegiate, club or professional level.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, business administration or a similar sports or business related field or the equivalent.
• Strong commitment to student athletes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organizing, and conducting high-quality volleyball practices and training sessions.
• Support development of athletes' technical, tactical, physical, and mental performance skills.
• Provide instruction in serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, defensive systems, transition play, and game strategy.
• Maintain open communication with student-athletes and parents regarding progress and development plans.
• Guide student-athletes through tournament preparation, including scheduling, scouting, post-match review, and benchmarks.
• Assist with match-day operations including warm-up management, bench support, and statistics.
