IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida seeks a Head Coach for the Girls’ National Lacrosse program. You will engage, inspire, and develop student-athletes through expert coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and academic excellence.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong communication, and leadership to advance athletic skills and personal growth within a dynamic school setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in physical education, sports management, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven successful coaching experience with a track record of developing a competitive program.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with video technology for coaching, including editing, filming, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a competitive girls’ lacrosse program rooted in integrity and growth.
• Inspire student-athletes to reach their potential academically and athletically.
• Establish training techniques to enhance skills and team building.
• Build a schedule with nationally competitive matches and potential media exposure.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations: season planning, scheduling, facilities, registrations, communications.
• Ensure NCAA eligibility awareness and college placement alignment.
