• Class of 2025 or above with experience at a top U.S./intl law firm.
• Experience advising on formation, structuring and operation of private funds.
• Exposure to private equity, credit, infra, real estate or other funds.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset and ability to build relationships with sophisticated clients.
• Ability to work in high-performing teams on complex, fast-moving matters.
