Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3 - 7 years of relevant experience.
• Active law license in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Prior Am Law 100 law firm experience required for mid-level and senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Advising fund sponsors on formation matters (private placement memoranda, partnership agreements, and ancillary documents).
• Reviewing fund documentation and negotiating terms on behalf of institutional investors.
• Structuring/drafting governing documents for fund management companies and general partners.
