Apple Autos Lincoln in Apple Valley, MN is looking for an experienced A-Level Ford/Lincoln Technician to diagnose and repair complex systems in a state-of-the-art facility. You will work on advanced diagnostics, EV/Hybrid systems, and deliver repairs right the first time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience with major mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, hybrid, EV, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systems
• Perform complex electrical and network diagnostics using Ford IDS and FDRS software
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete repairs to Ford and Lincoln manufacturer standards
• Assist and mentor developing technicians as needed
• Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality
• Stay current on Ford and Lincoln service procedures and technology advancements
• Deliver an ownership experience consistent with the Lincoln luxury brand
