Job summary

Apple Autos is seeking an experienced A-Level Ford/Lincoln Technician to diagnose and repair complex systems in a state-of-the-art facility. You will work on engines, drivetrains, electrics, and advanced driver-assistance systems, delivering repairs to Ford and Lincoln standards while mentoring junior technicians.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technician experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven experience with major mechanical and electrical repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair advanced engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, hybrid, EV, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systems.
• Perform complex electrical and network diagnostics using Ford IDS and FDRS software.
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations.
• Complete repairs to Ford and Lincoln manufacturer standards.
• Assist and mentor developing technicians as needed.
• Maintain productivity while delivering exceptional quality.
• Stay current on Ford and Lincoln service procedures and technology advancements.
• Deliver an ownership experience consistent with the Lincoln luxury brand.

What You'll Do

As an A-Level Technician, you'll be trusted to handle the most complex repairs and diagnostics in the shop.

• Diagnose and repair advanced engine, transmission, drivability, electrical, hybrid, EV, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC systems
• Perform complex electrical and network diagnostics using Ford IDS and FDRS software
• Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
• Complete repairs to Ford and Lincoln manufacturer standards

What We're Looking For

Required

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proven experience with major mechanical and electrical repairs
• Valid driver's license
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

Preferred

• Ford dealership experience
• Lincoln dealership experience
• Ford Master Technician or Senior Master Technician certification
• Experience with hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems
• ASE certifications
• Proven ability to consistently achieve productivity and quality goals
