Job summary

A leading aviation training company seeks a Flight Instructor to deliver exceptional ground and simulator flight instruction. Responsibilities include conducting training for clients, developing materials, and evaluating trainee progress. An ATP certificate or equivalent is required alongside a willingness to participate in drug and alcohol testing. Ideal candidates will have extensive flight experience and knowledge of aviation safety standards. The position requires strong teaching skills and offers a dynamic work environment with various physical demands.

Qualifications

• An unrestricted ATP certificate or an ICAO member state Airline Transport Pilot License is required.
• Must be able and willing to participate in FlightSafety's DOT Drug and Alcohol testing program.
• Preferred: 2,500 hours of total flight time.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pilot ground and simulator training for clients.
• Develop and prepare training materials as needed.
• Evaluate trainee progress and recommend qualifications.

Skills

Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices

Ability to manage classes and teach effectively

First-level facilitation skills
