Mercedes-Benz of San Diego, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks an experienced Flat Rate Technician to join our team and deliver extraordinary customer experiences.

In this role you will perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership specifications, with pay based on productivity. A flat rate of $36 to $55 per hour is offered, and the expected annual compensation ranges from $75,000 to $180,000. Sign-on bonuses are available for qualified candidates.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment.
• Brand knowledge is preferred.
• Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Perform repairs and maintenance per factory and dealership standards.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Communicate technical information clearly to Service Advisors.
• Ensure estimates and work orders are accurate and compliant with standards.
