Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of fitness sales experience, excellent communication, and a proven ability to meet monthly targets. This full-time role offers growth, benefits, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.

Responsabilités

• Lead outreach, lead generation and conversion.
• Greet studio guests with energy and knowledge.
• Give studio tours and sell memberships to hit targets.
• Follow up with prospective members.
• Handle member concerns professionally and to resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager for facility issues.
