Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is hiring elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience for members and guests. The OTF Fitness Coach champions a positive, informative, and life-changing member experience.

You will lead defined workouts, help members reach goals, ensure proper form, and share knowledge of heart-rate based training. You’ll use all equipment and thrive as a collaborative team player in a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Maintain current fitness certification from an approved organization (NSCA/ACE/ACSM/AFAA/NASM/NCSF/ISSA).
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through pre-defined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve personal goals.
• Ensure members use correct form and receive coaching corrections.
• Understand heart-rate-focused training concepts and equipment usage.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment for each workout.
• Be a supportive, collaborative team player.
