Orangetheory Fitness is seeking energetic Fitness Coaches who love connecting with people and creating exceptional workout experiences.

Lead coach-led classes using our heart-rate based training, motivate members, and maintain a safe, welcoming studio environment every day.

Whether you’re new to coaching or an experienced trainer, you’ll grow with paid training, certification opportunities, and clear paths for advancement.

Qualifications

• A nationally recognized fitness certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or another accepted accredited certification.
• Previous personal training, group fitness, or coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate individuals with varying fitness levels
• Confidence leading groups and providing exercise instruction
• A positive, energetic, and professional attitude
• Dependability and flexibility to support studio scheduling needs
• Willingness to complete Orangetheory’s required coach training and certification process

Responsibilities

• Lead coach-led classes using our heart-rate based training method.
• Motivate and connect with members, celebrate progress, foster inclusive environment.
• Demonstrate exercises, provide guidance and modifications for safe workouts.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience with energy and professionalism.
• Understand and communicate OTF method: heart rate zones, strength, endurance.
• Maintain studio standards; ensure equipment safety and a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with coaches and staff to boost engagement and retention.
