Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Florida is seeking elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience for members and guests. The OTF Coach motivates members through predefined workouts, helps set goals, and ensures proper form with corrections.

Certifications from NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, or ISSA are encouraged. Able to earn up to $55 per class plus an hourly rate; part-time and full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor.
• Certifications from NSCA, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NCSF, or ISSA (special provisions apply).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate members through predefined workouts.
• Help members set and achieve goals.
• Ensure correct form and offer corrections.
• Understand heart-rate training and related science.
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment in workouts.
• Be a team player.
