Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to obtain Series 66
• 1–3 years in financial services with strong customer experience
• Capable in a deadline-driven, compliant environment
• Planning experience; knowledge of markets and products
• Strong social skills and personalized client service
• Creative thinker; comfortable decision-making with team
• Degree or CFP helpful; tuition reimbursement available
• Able to schedule targeted client appointments
• Client-focused with financial planning insight
• Advocate for clients; professional communication
• Coachable, collaborative, curious
