Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic janitorial work and cleaning procedures.

• Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely per MSDS.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of cleaning activities to keep buildings sanitary and orderly.
• Dust high surfaces, sanitize areas, and spot clean fixtures and windows.
• Clean bathrooms with germicidal solutions and restock supplies.
• Empty trash, mop floors, and maintain floors and carpets.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues to supervisor.
