Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking ESO Security Operations Specialists to provide embedded executive protection for a high-profile client in Redmond, WA. You will support the EPS Center during business hours and incidents, coordinate with protective teams, and ensure secure communications and travel logistics for executives.

The role requires strong communication, integrity, and the ability to operate in dynamic environments, with flexibility for odd hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and analytical ability.
• Ability to pass an extensive criminal background check on a recurring basis, and maintain good credit standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide embedded executive protection support to a single high-profile client.
• Monitor and coordinate Security Operations Center tasks during business hours and incidents.
• Manage security equipment, systems, and communications for the client.
• Coordinate with local police, EMS, Fire and Executive protection units as needed.
• Maintain logs and provide daily updates on travel and operations for executives.
• Protect highly sensitive information and ensure data security compliance.
