Job summary

Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is hiring for an Executive Response Team (ERT) Agent on a Hybrid schedule to support 24/7 operations at the client’s Redmond, WA headquarters.

The role includes executive protection, driving, surveillance, and backfill coverage for ESOC. Candidates must have a strong background in protective operations, be able to work a 2:2:3 Panama schedule, and demonstrate high integrity, professionalism, and physical fitness.

Qualifications

• Extensive military, corporate security or law enforcement background.
• Strong base knowledge in all facets of protective operations.
• Strong emotional intelligence and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Licenses and certifications including Washington Guard Card with CJTC Armed Guard endorsement.
• Washington Concealed Pistol License or HR218/LEOSA credential.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and trust.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with conflict de-escalation.
• High level of physical fitness and professional appearance.
• Ability to legally possess a firearm.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks.
• Proficiency in handgun handling and CJTC armed guard qualification.

Responsibilities

• Staff assigned security posts and act as advance agent or security driver.
• Respond to threats, observe and report, and intervene as appropriate.
• Provide surveillance detection and protective surveillance for security operations.
• Coordinate with ESOC/GSOC and HQ Security teams.
• Develop SOPs and maintain incident logs and KPIs.
• Provide cross-functional coverage for ESOC when needed.
