Job summary

Concentric is hiring a Corporate Security Agent to join our team embedded with our client in Washington, DC. This onsite role supports incident management, threat management, and emergency response, while maintaining professional security for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in armed corporate security or law enforcement, possess LEOSA/HR218 credentials, and demonstrate discretion handling confidential information with strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in armed corporate security or law enforcement with HR218/LEOSA credential.
• Candidate must be able to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• CCW or ability to obtain CCW is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard client site and personnel from security hazards.
• Provide professional security coverage for employees and visitors.
• Establish front-facing security presence during business hours.
• Support incident management, threat management, and emergency response.
• Assist in development and implementation of SOPs and travel with executive protection when needed.
