Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to oversee, service, and grow existing corporate client relationships. You will act as the main contact for designated clients, coordinating with private and public market teams to meet expectations and maintain satisfaction.

The role requires building partnerships, conducting needs analyses, and delivering impactful reviews and training. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities across Morgan Stanley at Work.

Qualifications

• University degree or college diploma in Business, Economics or similar is required.
• Minimum 3 years in an Account Management, Client Services, or Sales role.
• Experience in the equity or share plan industry.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 7 and 63.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Able to travel up to 25% within North America.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build partnership-style relationships with senior client contacts.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to solve problems, build partnerships, and uncover opportunities.
• Conduct needs analysis and prepare specifications/gap analyses for client requests for new functionality.
• Deliver regular business reviews with clients and share thought leadership, analytics, and enhancements.
• Keep clients informed of new product functionality relevant to their plan administration.
• Monitor client satisfaction through benchmarks and RM check-ins.
• Align client requests with business needs while maintaining positive relationships.
• Foster client loyalty through standard client interaction protocols and retention initiatives.
• Understand contracts and pricing exceptions related to plan management and SLAs.
• Troubleshoot ad hoc client queries with internal stakeholders and platforms.
• Conduct client meetings, demonstrations, and user training sessions.
