Job summary

Crisis24 – Private Strategic Group (PSG) seeks an Executive Protection Agent to safeguard executives, staff, and facilities with discretion and precision. You will function as part of a high‑discipline security team, delivering protective presence and rapid response capabilities across client sites.

Requirements include a valid California Guard Card, firearm permits, CCW where applicable, and the ability to complete a PRT.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card.
• Exposed Firearm Permit REQUIRED.
• CA - CCW Required.
• U.S. Passport & Driver’s License.
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT).

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and visible security presence.
• Respond to threats, including active shooter scenarios.
• Monitor and secure access to client premises and assets.
• Prepare detailed incident and security reports for leadership.
• Assist protective teams with field operations and advance planning.
• Enforce client policies on access and restricted areas.
• Follow emergency protocols prioritizing safety of executives and staff.
• Conduct area sweeps and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Coordinate with visiting teams and facilities management.
