Job summary

Crisis24 – Private Strategic Group (PSG) seeks a mission-driven Support Officer to safeguard executives, staff, and assets. You will provide a visible security presence, respond to threats, and support operational protective details at client sites.

Ideal candidates bring executive protection experience, emergency response skills, and a disciplined, discreet approach. Applicants must hold a BSIS CA Guard Card and valid credentials to operate across client locations.

Qualifications

• BSIS California Guard Card required (unarmed position).
• CPR/First Aid certification or equivalent required.
• U.S. Passport and valid Driver’s License required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Candidate must be able to pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT).
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and presence for executives and staff.
• Respond to threats and active shooter scenarios within client offices.
• Oversee security systems, cameras, access control and alarms.
• Produce incident reports and communicate with leadership.
• Assist protective agents in field operations and advance work.
• Enforce access, photography and security protocol policies.
