Crisis24 is seeking an Executive Protection Agent in California to safeguard executives and staff, respond to threats, and oversee security systems. The role emphasizes discretion, professional conduct, and proactive protection in dynamic environments.

You will perform advance operations, incident reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams while maintaining a high level of readiness and client confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card
• Exposed Firearm Permit REQUIRED
• CA - CCW Required
• U.S. Passport & Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• American Heart Association BLS Provider OR HeartSaver CPR/AED/First Aid Certification
• Completion of Executive Protection or Residential Security Academy preferred
• Ability to complete and pass a pre-hire Physical Readiness Test (PRT)
• Meet-and-Greet evaluation (dependent on client/location)
• Background Investigation & Random Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Provide executive protection and presence for executives and staff.
• Respond to threats as a first responder to security incidents.
• Monitor and inspect security systems and access control infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed, timely incident reports and communicate with leadership.
• Assist protective agents in advance walkthroughs and secure transportation.
• Enforce company policies regarding access and sensitive areas.
• Follow protocols during emergencies prioritizing safety.
• Conduct security sweeps and live surveillance monitoring.
• Collaborate with visiting teams and facilities management.
