Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of Trusts & Estates experience.
• Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and related wealth transfer instruments.
• Strong knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust administration, and high-net-worth client counseling.

Responsibilities

• Counsel high-net-worth clients on estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and related documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices to provide comprehensive planning solutions.
